Shipping Policy
Dispatch & Delivery
The standard ground mail service is shipped via DTDC / BlueDart / Ecom / IndiaPost or any other trusted courier partner. We try to dispatch all our orders within 4 to 5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking): FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping fee of ₹60 will be charged on COD orders.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within India takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sale events, or to remote/rural locations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the respective courier partner's website.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept, or non-availability at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact you. Re-shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
Refund & Return Policy
No Return Policy
At ETREM, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and the product has been delivered.
Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no return policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence (photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging). We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at etrem.perfumes@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
